Learn more about Umbrian and Tuscan cuisine at this hands-on cooking class. Carmela and Vittoria will share their secret recipes the way you learn them in a Italian family. Home made gnocchi with tomato sauce that melt in the mouth, the crispy and delicious "Pizza al testo” are just a couple of the dishes you will work on for your upcoming dinner. The full meal for this class also includes a vegetarian or meat entrée, side dishes and pinenuts & raisin Vin Santo biscotti along with a dessert. You will actively participate in all the steps of this lively 3-hour cooking class. After cooking, you are invited to relax in the Italian garden facing the grand house before dinner is served. Or, you can step inside the olive mill to learn about the making of extra virgin olive oil produced at the property. Villa Montagnola is a top quality olive oil producer.

The class takes place in the master kitchen of a 18th century grand house. The kitchen has an antique marble table and an original 18th century working fireplace lit during the class. Dinner is served in the main dining room of the grand house and includes wines and beverages.

Provided: Recipe booklet and personalized cooking class certificate. Aprons for use during the class.

Available at the property: Extra virgin olive oil produced at Villa Montagnola is available for sale and can be appropriately packaged for oversea trips.
