About the location
Sirolo is one of the most enchanting sea resorts on the Adriatic sea. Located in the coast line of Le Marche region in Italy, Sirolo commands an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. Its historical origin dates back to the first inhabitants of Italy. The vestiges of these cultures are still visible in Sirolo’s antique center. About our Hotel in Italy
B&B L'Antico Mulino is located in Sirolo within walking distance of the historical center. A restored mill, this B&B has been turned into a charming boutique hotel surrounded by a manicured lawn, trees and flowers. Guests can relax on the outdoor lounges to sip a glass of wine and glance at the sunset. In the morning, a delicious buffet breakfast is served in a glass wall veranda with views of the garden. Each room is different and decorated by local artisans.
About our Lifestyle Vacation:
In the morning or evening we will start or conclude the day with a healthy Iyengar Yoga class open to all levels. During the week, we will explore famous historic towns and villages, will taste wine at premium wineries in the area, enjoy a hands-on cooking class where we will prepare, cook, bake and eat it too! Since the best shoemakers of Italy have stores and factories in this area, we will also have an escorted shopping trip to the local outlets of shoes and clothing. We select each restaurant, destinations and activity carefully to make sure we always surpass your expectations. Join! You are worth it
Our Italian Days Lifestyle Week Program:
Sunday, May 26th - Pick up at Fiumicino Airport and transfer to Sirolo. Day at leisure to rest, explore Sirolo and relax. Evening restorative Iyengar Yoga class to get rid of plane aches and jet leg. Welcome cocktail and dinner at a typical restaurant.
Monday, May 27 - Early morning or evening Iyengar Yoga class. Walking tour of Sirolo and Loreto, a popular destination for lovers of art and also a famous religious site. Wine tasting at a local vineyard and winery.
Tuesday, May 28 - Morning Iyengar Yoga class to get our limbs flexed and toned. Day trip to the beautiful medieval-romanesque town of Fermo with its splendid basilicas and palazzos. On the way back to Sirolo we will visit the fascinating ancient underground city of Camerano.
Wednesday, May 29 - Day trip and guided tour of Frasassi natural caves - a unique natural wonder! Iyengar Yoga Class in the evening and dinner at a typical restaurant.
Thursday, May 30 - Cooking class and lunch at typical restaurant in Sirolo, exclusively open for our party! Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at a local restaurant.
Friday, May 31 - Morning Iyengar Yoga class to get ready for our Shopping Day! Escorted shopping tour of local outlets and Italian shoes factories! People travel from all over Europe for these terrific shoes!!!
Saturday, June 1 - Transfer back to Rome, Fiumicino airport or the center of Rome.
